                   AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 6958, AS
                   AMENDED, KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, SO AS
                   TO REZONE A TRACT OF LAND LOCATED AT 1801
                   SHEPHERD ROAD, BEING ON THE NORTHWEST LINE OF
                   SHEPHERD ROAD AT FISK AVENUE, FROM R-1
                   RESIDENTIAL ZONE TO C-2 CONVENIENCE COMMERCIAL
                   ZONE.

              	   SECTION 1.  BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
         CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as
         amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is 
hereby
         amended so as to rezone:
                A tract of land located at 1801 Shepherd Road,
                being on the northwest line of Shepherd Road at
                Fisk Avenue.  Part of lot 57, and part of Rankin
                Playground, W. D. Dixon's Addition to Rolando, as
                shown by plat of record in plat book 17, page 16,
                ROHC; being the property described in deed book
                1905, page 204, ROHC.  Tax Map No. 148G-F-15.
               
         from R-1 Residential Zone to C-2 Convenience Commercial Zone.
        
              	   SECTION 2.  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this 
Ordinance
         shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, as
         provided by law.
